Whether you're gearing up for a big race in 2024 or simply looking to keep up your fitness through the winter, our training program is for you – we'll meet you at your current level and assist you in reaching your goals, whatever they may be! The BFF training program is BACK for 2023-2024 to keep you motivated through the winter and to have fun training in a group! Our ever-popular interval sessions will be back during the week in addition to our casual weekend movie rides. PLUS, this year we’re adding strength training classes into our program.
